Discuss the access
Findings guide any opening needed to reach the repair. We explain the access and the finishes that will require separate reinstatement.
Repair and check
The agreed plumbing repair includes its parts and materials. Appropriate testing follows the work, with any relevant limitations recorded.
Keep the record
Your Trace & Access report and the 12-month workmanship warranty form part of the package. Keep the booking details and report for future reference.
