Coverage, availability, access and the instruction are confirmed before a visit is booked. Preparing a website enquiry draft does not reserve a slot or take payment.
The residential payment split
£1,290 including applicable tax, with a £100 deposit deducted and £1,190 remaining. Payment timing, cancellation arrangements and applicable booking terms must be provided before you commit.
Access and authority
You must have the authority to instruct the relevant work and arrange permission for areas that need access. Shared services, neighbouring land and managed buildings should be identified early.
Agree the work
The package covers the agreed residential scope. Additional unrelated work and commercial instructions require a separate agreement. If findings change the required approach, the instruction needs to be clarified.
Plan for reinstatement
Necessary access or excavation for the plumbing repair is included; decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded. Arrange any required floor, wall or external finish work separately.
